My name is Mike Smith, and I am a Christian minister who hopes to empower the church to live beautifully before a watching world. Ultimately, beautiful living follows the pattern of Jesus, the one true human. To follow Jesus, then, isn’t a chore or a bore. No, to follow Jesus is to step more and more fully into the most beautiful versions of ourselves. What if beauty was our key word when we talk about witness? What if people who disagree with us nevertheless had to respect our way of life? I suspect that we might find something worth saying to a world that is increasingly alienated from the gospel.
As for more personal “about” info, I am blessed to have been married to my wife, Emily, for going on seventeen years. Together we have two kiddos, Bella and Jonathan.
